Jo Pugh qualified as a Remedial Massage Therapist at the Northern Institute in March 1997 and has been in practice ever since.
Jo’s interest started at a young age as Remedial Massage was a family business. Jo was encouraged into the business by her father, Viv Pugh, who was also a qualified Remedial Therapist (now retired).
Growing up Jo was always amazed by how the skilful application of therapy could have such a profound and positive effect on a persons condition and life. Jo found herself following in her father’s (and brother-in-laws) footsteps in pursuing a career as a Remedial Massage Therapist.
Once qualified, Jo started work at the family practice, Pugh’s Clinic in Wales. Over the years, Jo has taken on greater responsibility for the practice and now runs it since her father’s retirement.
In her leisure time, Jo enjoys running, pilates, yoga and spending time with her husband and three sons who also all lead active lifestyles.
