The Therapist Directory on our website allows the public to search for a Therapist by name, Therapy or location. If you do not wish to be entered into the Therapist Directory please indicate below.

We require that all LCSP Members are First Aid/CPR Trained. Please provide evidence of your training.

We insist that all practicing members are fully insured. We offer a competitively priced discounted insurance policy through James Hallam MedPro. If you prefer to continue with your own insurance policy, we will require a copy of your certificate annually.

Please provide the details of two individuals who will act as referee for you in your application.

Membership renews on the 1st April; if you are joining part-way through the year we will contact you once we have received your application and relevant documentation to confirm the pro-rata Membership fee due, along with insurance premium if you have opted to join the LCSP Group Insurance Policy.
