CPD Assessments:  Continuing our policy of random sampling another batch of Members has been selected and in due course will have their portfolios reviewed. These checks are not meant to put into question your professionalism but are meant to be a positive endorsement to your commitment to lifelong learning.
LCSP Directory: All those Members who wished to be included in the directory have been individually contacted to verify their contact details; this directory will shortly be available on-line.
Next Regional Meeting: will be held on Friday 4th February 2011 at the North London School of Sports Massage, Tottenham, London N15 4RX at 7pm. Please indicate to the office if you wish to attend to allow for catering and the preparation of CPD certificates to all attendees.
LCSP Register Golf Championship:  Set against the magnificent background of South Wales, the LCSP golf match was played on the Montgomerie course at Celtic Manor, a splendid day in good company on the former championship course.  The defending champion Doug Powell put up a strong challenge to defend his title, however, the unrelenting pressure and strategic use of a hipflask saw a new champion emerge, a colossus, the chiselled jaw of our own ‘Spartacus’………FOZZY !!!!!                                                                                                                      So, I now hold the LCSP Register Golf Cup and await the next opportunity to defend the title, bring on all comers !
Last Fozzy Forum of 2010: It has been another trying year for a lot of people with certainly no big financial stability yet. However there are positives to be taken as we acknowledged in the last issue with members expanding their clinics and services. If we remain as individuals and collectively focused on our manual abilities and our core skills and continue to provide that special service that we know very well the patients ask for repeatedly, a caring hands on professional who listens to the patient then as practitioners we will never go too far wrong. I wish you all a good few weeks, a very cool Yule, and a bright prosperous New Year with achievements, satisfaction and good health.
